Academics in OUM are placed in one of the THREE clusters:

• Cluster of Applied Sciences (CAS)
• Cluster of Business and Management (CBM)
• Cluster of Education and Social Sciences (CESS)

Based in different learning centres, the academics do not really have the time to get to know each other better. So how best to get around this matter? OUM’s HRM organised a team building event that will be conducted in three series to accommodate all academics. Why is this important? This can help the group of academics (irregardless of their position and placement) gel together and this will ultimately have an impact on the organisation’s performance.
