The International Conference on Education (ICE2019) was held on 10th to 11th April 2019 at Seri Pacific Hotel, Kuala Lumpur organized by Open University Malaysia (OUM). The aim of the conference is to bring together educators, researchers and practitioners to discuss issues, develop professionally and and explore opportunities in the areas of education. The conference serves the purpose of promoting a tight link between theory and practice and explores different perspectives on the application of research findings into practice. It focused on innovation and technology in education, assessment in the 21st century and access to education.
