Mohd Lokman Bin Abdullah is a Lecturer at Cluster of Education And Social Sciences.

His early career began in 1998, as a Lecturer at Yayasan Pelajaran Johor (YPJ). His 14 of years service witnessed him being appointed to several key positions, including Head of Departments as well as Deputy Chief Executive. He has extensive experienced in the field of franchise study programs, as well as organizational management and administration tasks.

His career with OUM started as early as the establishment of OUM as a Part-time Tutor at the Johor Bahru Learning Center in 2001. He was actively involved in various special programs between OUM and Angkatan Tentera Malaysia (ATM), AEON Jusco, Majlis Amanah Rakyat (MARA), etc.

And the beginning of March 2012, he joined OUM  as a full time Lecturer at the Cluster of Education & Social Sciences. In addition to his duties as a Lecturer, he has also carried out management duties as Learning Centre Deputy Director for Johor Bahru, Batu Pahat, Mersing and Pasir Gudang Learning Centres. He was also the Learning Centre Director for Pontian branch.

As a Lecturer, he performs the duties as the Course Leader, eTutor, eGrader, Examiner, Module Enhancer, Internal Programme Auditor, APEL Accessor, etc; for several courses. He is also the Programme Coordinator for Bachelor of Education (Education Administration) programme.
