Puan Mahani Binti Abdul Malik
is currently the program director for Diploma in Early Childhood Education in Cluster of Education and Social Sciences, Open University Malaysia. She joined Open University since 2013 and has had experience teaching and supervising student from Diploma to Masters level in Early Childhood Education. Mahani has been in this field for 26 years and was previously attached to Segi College University for seven years as apart time lecturer where she had the opportunity to work with University of Southern Queensland, Australia to teach Bachelor in Early childhood programme.

Previously Mahani was managing two preschools where she had the opportunity to experience first -hand teaching and managing preschools for 21 years. Her has a wide experience with children from ages 21/2 to 12 years old as she organises a lot of leadership and English camps.

Mahani is also a committee member with the ECCE council and a member in the MQA board of panels. She is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Education.
